This article broadly divided the period of post-disaster into three stages, and emphasis one different measures on different stages. Which include:post-disaster reconstruction, image restoration and enhancement, destination marketing, to carry out disaster tourism. The development of post-disaster destination need to establish a complete security system, which includes the protection of the laws and regulations, organizational security, security policy planning protection, protection of pre-disaster warning systems, post-disaster rapid response mechanism to safeguard, so as to ensure the orderly operation of the economy and reasonable.
