The concept of Human Resource was put forward in 1950s,it has now become a vital means of modern enterprise management after about 60 years'development of theory and practice.Since the reform and opening up,especially after China's entry into WTO,the economy has developed ever fast.Various of management theories and advanced management methods are widely used in corporation management.However,its key lies in human resource management.How to improve the efficiency of human resource management becomes the chief concern of enterprise managers.Meanwhile,human resource management has become the most important and difficult part among all those enterprise managements.The article first describes the meaning and new features of human resource management,the meaning and importance of optimization.It cites Jiangling Motors Ltd. Corporation as an example to discuss about optimized management of staff and points out challenges for optimization in human resource management caused by upsurging competitions between counter-companies.It also brings forward the goal of optimization of productive staff in Jiangling Motors Ltd. Corporation,and then gives detailed explanation of the specific mode and measures.Hope that the analysis and ways given by this article can be useful and valuable for automobile manufacturing corporations looking for optimization in staff management.
