With the increasingly fierce market competition,the status of survive which develop only on the traditional forms of competition,for example funds,the size and so on,is no longer a competitive advantage. To develop and survive, we must have a team with a strong sense of cooperation,innovative spirit and a strong enterprising workforce. Corporate staff training has become an important task. The traditional theory of corporate training emphasis on staff knowledge,skills training and ignore the will of employees,psychological training. The way of training means relatively simple. With the development of society and improvement of productivity, market competition becomes more intense. Expand training become more and more important,especially in employees will,psychological,unity,cooperation if only from the traditional training to develop staff competency which is now required by the content,the effect is not as bad as no effect. Expand training will be a solution to this problem for the training industry.In this paper,through the A-site investigations and studies,we present business problems by SWOT which analyse business opportunities and threat. Then,we define the company's competence system and establish a corporate training course library through the questionnaire survey. Competence in the company under the premise of the system,through the mathematics of the orthogonal test method to determine the focus of study to expand the training capacity of the project .Finally, combined with training and development training for project inspection database tables,the development of new hires a week training schedule,and implement . Assessed,we establish a new training system which based on the expansion of the training course from the actual conditions of enterprises,and break through the traditional training methods. They could really "learning using,with secondary school" to obtain a good training effect .The preliminary results of this study.
