The Injection Molding Production Quality Improvement And Effect Analysis In Company Y

With the market competition getting more and more severe meeting customer requirements and satisfying customers through quality-improvement are the basis of an enterprise's development.This thesis analyzes the quality problems that Company Y's injection molding process is facing, and to develop improvement programs. The first chapter of this thesis, describes in details the importance for quality improvement by reviewing a great deal of information. Using Pareto chart analysis and cause and effect diagram,a deep analysis is made on the quality defects in Company Y according to its injection molding production in the following chapter 2 and chapter 3. It is made clear in chapter 4 that the materials management and the injection molding process are the main problems to be improved. A specific plan for improvement is provided by optimizing the technical parameters in the molding production with Orthogonal Experimental Design. Moreover the related improvement plan for production administration is also drafted in aspect of company culture.Finally the thesis makes analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency according to the experiment design for quality improvement. The evaluation on the suitability of this quality improvement plan for Company Y can be referred to its implement on other Small and Medium-Sized Companies.
