| With the rapid development of tourism, the hotel industry has achieved great development rapidly, and tends to be perfect gradually. All kinds of theme hotels emerge from the many hotels competing environment. It has gained high attention from industry and hot pursuit from customers. In recent years, the swing development of Dalian theme hotel has also caused widespread concern by the politicians, industry, academic and other circles. And the customers are the base for the survival of hotels. Therefore, this article tries to analyze the relationship between Dalian theme hotel products and customer experiences.This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, descriptive statistics analysis method, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, and use the Excel, SPSS 18.0 and other soft ware to explore the relationship between Dalian theme hotel products and customer experiences by data investigation and analysis.This paper is discussing about the relationship between Dalian theme hotel products and customer experiences, mainly consists of six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, including research background, research significance, research content, research ideas, research methods and innovations of this paper, which provide a base for the further research. The second chapter introduces the basic theory and literature review, to tease out some basic theories and the domestic and foreign correlation research results about the relationship between theme hotel and customer experience, making the empirical study with theoretical basis. The third chapter is mainly about the research design, data collection, research hypotheses, index selection, questionnaire design, which is the early work of empirical study. The fourth chapter is about the results of this study show, include the results of correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical analysis, which is a focus of this paper. The fifth chapter is another key chapter of this article, which mainly discusses some feasible countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of this study to promote the development of the Dalian theme hotel industry. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the summarized and pointed out the shortcomings and future research directions of this research. |
