This paper analyzes and summarizes the important influences of logistics in automotive industry.The motor company's future developing goals is to integrating the supply, production, marketing system and making proper Logistics strategic planning with advanced logistics management technology.In order to meet the development trend, this paper focuses on the following aspects of the research work combining the needs of DFAC.First, reading large number of literature to learn the current research and development status of domestic and international logistics, on this basis, this paper not only summarizes the basic theory of automotive logistics but proposes innovative optimization method it needed and provides foundation for logistic implement in DFAC.Second, due to the starting of third party logistics in DFAC, logistics management has many problems especially in purchasing logistics and production logistics. The article detailed analyses company's organizational structure,operation of the processes,purchasing logistics management,production logistics management and sales logistics management in order to find problems.This article stands at a high degree of development of company's logistics management strategy presented optimization solutions based on the current existence of the key issues. First, according to the company's strategic objectives proposed organizational structure and business model optimization ideas; then it followed by the actual situation and the development of logistics in the company to improve the activities, proposed optimization proposals respectively from the purchasing logistics management,production logistics management,sales logistics management and its performance evaluation, the shop floor improvements and provides direction for the company's continuous improvement of logistics management.
