The nature of the catering services is the service of catering cultural and the importent way of compitition of the catering industry in our country is to win customers with penetrating the catering cultural into the catering marketing. China time-honored-Huo Gong Dian,with the center of fire temple culture and celebrity culture, has been experencing operational benefits and social 1 benefits from 2000 to 2009 through creating a cultural marketing environment for catering, innovating cultural marketing products and experencing the course of the cultural services. Huo Gong Dian carrys on hardware-based cultural marketing with architectural decoration and dishes utensils being the main carrier.However, with the increasingly improving of the cultural quality and spiritual needs of the catering consumers in recent years, there is a trend that the attraction of the Huo Gong Dian to the costomers is decreasing beacause of lacking foilling of the cultural accomplishment and the enthusiasm and creativity of staffs, while the industry competitors cultural marketing is booming. It is necessary that cultural marketing of the Huo Gong Dian achieve the changing from material cultural marketing focusing on hardware investment to human-based cultural marketing paying attention to staffs based on improving staffs 'cultural marketing ability and enthusiasm, learning successful experience from original successful cultural markting. Then we can improve the company's personnel management level and quality怂The research is good to enhance the vitality of the corporate culture and employee satisfaction, loyalty, the overall quality of staff and cohesiveness of the team to achieve simultaneous development of the company and employees and high degree of Righteousness unity, as well as make sustainable competivity.
