The Study On Coordinative Development Between Human Settlement And Economy In Jinan

Survival and development of urban residents is based on urban human settlements. The quality of urban human settlements not only directly relates to the health of residents, but also is used as an important indicator to measure urban economic development, social progress and cultural development. In recent years, the process of economic development has accelerated. But some cities in China neglected the building of urban human settlements during the economic development, and also some cities ignored social and economic development during the building of urban human settlements, which resulted in contradiction between the two aspects. And the contradiction produces a series of urban problems, for example, the deterioration of urban ecological environment, housing stress, traffic jams. Therefore, the promotion of the coordinative development between human settlements and economy has become an urgent requirement.This paper takes Jinan as the study area, summarizes the actuality of human settlement construction and economic development from the aspect of qualitative analysis in Jinan. Based on the proceeding studies at home and aboard, the research establishes the evaluating indicator system of coordinative development between human settlements and economy, and analyzes the situation of Jinan's human settlements and economy from the perspective of time. It also evaluates the level of coordinative development between human settlements and economy of the six areas in Jinan from the perspective of interior spacial difference. By comparing Jinan with the other 18 cities, this paper evaluates the level of coordinative development between human settlements and economy of Jinan. Finally, this paper proposes the corresponding specific measures according to the analysis results, expecting to help Jinan achieve its construction aim that Jinan is a modern urban human settlement center which is prosperous, harmonious, livable and attractive.This paper mainly includes five parts.⑴Briefly discuss the background, significance and research situation of this paper, and briefly describe the methodology and the technical line used in this paper.⑵Proceeding from the basic theories of the urban human settlements, the paper expounds the concept of urban human settlements, analyzes the dialectical relationship between urban human settlements and economy, and points out the concept and the theoretical basis of coordinative development between human settlements and economy, such as sustainable development theory, dissipative structure theory, coordination theory.⑶Analyze the actuality of Jinan's human settlements and economic development in quality. Analyze the construction level of Jinan's human settlements through natural environment, social environment and economic environment. Analyze the situation of economic development through the economic strength, economic structure, economic export-oriented degree, cost-effectiveness. It also proposes the problems existing in Jinan's coordinative development between human settlements and economy.⑷Analysis of coordinative development between human settlements and economy in Jinan is the focus of this paper. It uses the coordination degree model to analyze and evaluate Jinan deeply and comprehensively from the perspective of time and space. The paper analyzes situation of coordinative development between human settlements and economy from 1994 to 2007. And it also finds out the interior spacial difference of six areas. Through comparing with the other 18 cities, the paper finds out the strengths and weaknesses of Jinan, so as to coordinate the development between human settlements and economy in Jinan.⑸According to the current conditions and the problems of Jinan's human settlements and economy, based on the correct analysis of the results of the assessment, propose the corresponding specific optimization measures from the perspective of coordinative development between human settlements and economy, such as establishing a new urban development concept, vigorously promoting economic development, improving the construction and protection of urban ecological environment, improving government management services .At last, the conclusion briefly summarizes several consensus in the writing process.
