Level Of Overall Development Of Urban And Rural Economic Evaluation Studies

In recent years, Chinese government pays great attention to the coordinative development between urban and rural areas.2010 central no.l document attaches on "three agriculture" (agriculture, village and farmer) again which is the seven no.l document that locks on the three rural issued since 2004. The coordination between urban and rural areas involves many aspects, such as the economic coordination, the social coordination, the resource coordination, the ecological coordination and so on. It aims to eliminate urban-rural dual structure and coordinates urban-rural development. Urban-rural dual structure appears in many aspects, including the economic duality which is the basic characteristic of it. Therefore, the economic coordinative development is the main content of the urban-rural coordination. Currently, facing the complex environment, further promoting the coordinative development between urban and rural economy (CODBURE) is of significant and profound meaning for China's sustained, rapid and healthy economic development.Beijing has always attached great importance to the problem of rural development, especially after the issuing of the "coordinative strategies between urban and rural economic and social development" in 2003, rural economic and social development has made significant progress. But, because of various reasons, Beijing's urban-rural dual structure still exists and the gap is widening. The CODBURE of Beijing has become the important task of economic and social development.This thesis bases on the economic coordination, standing in the angle of regional economy, with the assessment of the level of Beijing's CODBURE as the research object, by using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, to estimate the level of Beijing's CODBURE wholly and systematically. The purpose of the research mainly lies in the following two points:one is innovatively building the evaluation index system of the level of CODBURE from a new perspective. The other is using quantitative analysis method to estimate the degree of each region in Beijing and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals based on the evaluation.The thesis constructs the evaluation index system which has strong practicality. From the city and countryside in itself to research the coordinative development between urban and rural economy of Beijing is also the innovative exploration of the thesis.
