Study On Rural Public Employment Service System

Our nation's public employment service system played an important role in many parts of China's development. It helps to relief the social employment pressure, help the people succeed in re-employment, and promote the development and deployment of all kinds of talent flow. However, as the fast development of all kinds of social careers especially the increase of the township enterprises and the surplus labor, the initial employment service network is not enough to solve the employment demands.
