| At present, China is entering a phase of accelerated development of urbanization, urban development and the rapid expansion of construction land. There has been extensive phenomenon of urban land use, which intensified the contradiction between China's population and land.Carrying out urban land utilization evaluation reseach and continuously improving the efficiency of urban land utilization, which can make the urban land resources optimally allocate and rationally use, from outward expansion to outward expansion combined with the content of the direction of tapping the potential finding and the path of sustainable development. This paper is around land intensive utilization, which has two part of theoretical and empirical issues to deep research. In the theoretical part, this paper discusses the intensive urban land utilization evaluation to carry out the purpose significance, research content, research method and summary the domestic and international research dynamics on the intensive land utilization.next, the definition and connotation about land intensive utilization has defined, including land rent theory, land price theory, location theory, increasing the land law of diminishing returns, the theory of sustainable development discourse. In empirical research part, take western part of hunan cities (Jishou City, Zhangjiajie City, Huaihua City), developed areas for example. This paper will introduce methods-AHP, Delphi method, the basic principles of integrated scoring, evaluation procedures which use in this paper.Under the introduction of Western Cities verview of the situation, using the combination target method and the determination method to make 12 indicators of the evaluation index system, and the AHP and Delphi method to determine the weight of each index. Indicators in the evaluation of dimensionless treatment, using a comprehensive scoring method for evaluation of urban agglomeration of Western scores intensive use of land, basic intensive use in the state. Finally, detailed analysis of the evaluation results, based on a series of intensive use of urban land to achieve response. |
