Research Of Chain-pole Equilibrium Modle Of Integration Management To Person, Machine, Environment

In the construction management of construction projects, human, machine, and environment are the main matters of project management. During these matters, human is the controller of mechanical and material condition, and also the leader of the environmental control. The condition of materials and machines is the important factor, while environment is the biggest incentives, they both affect the project quality, progress, investment and safety, so research on the control of these matters is the main work and content of the construction engineering and technical personnel. But until today people is still relatively backward in their integration management mode and research, the management method is also need further study.In this paper, it is proposed the method of using the chain-pole balance management theory to control the project quality, safety, progress, and investment through the integration of the main environmental management theory research, which is based on the previous studies of human and machine. And then according to the engineering example, analysis and discusses some relevant other factors affected project safety, quality, progress, and investment. The main contents include:1. Summarize the development and present research of the construction project management, point out the main problems existing in project management.2. The feasibility of the integration management model of man, machine and environment was analyzed, and discuss its management model.3. Have preliminary studies on safety, quality, progress, investment of the construction project management by using the basic theory and techniques of the chain rod balance management model, and establish the reasonable numerical model, also, made an in-depth study on the chain rod balance management of the integration model of man, machine and environment though the practical engineering examples.4. Control methods and techniques of people to the environment, the influence of environment to people and machines was analyzed through state control of the model analyst to machine, also, analyze the great significance of man, machine and environment to the safety, quality, progress, investment method of project and construction project management. Through the research and the analysis of project management, and put forward the future direction of the effort.
