Study On The Supply Theory Of Highway Product Based On Purity

As an important infrastructure of logistics industry and first community capital which support the running of national economy, highway product has become the hot supply spots of various components of economic. However, there is lack of basic research on the highway product. And current study has not started a systematic study on the supply theory of highway product, which can not interpret the supply system and its change well. Therefore, this thesis started from the fundamental properties of highway product, stratified it under the framework of quasi-public goods, and studied the supply theory of highway product on this basis of its purity theory.(1)Based on the quasi-public nature of highway product, this thesis studied it as a whole. By ignoring the non-competitive effect of highway product, this thesis erected purity to represent the public effect on the basis of different performance of the non-exclusive effect, and indicated the two dimensions of the purity-product dimension and time dimension. Then purity theory of the highway product has been set up.(2) According to the purity theory, the distinction between public and private sector role in the scope of that road supply has been made. Government's public sectors supply the high purity product, while the purity of the lower road product is provided by the private sector and also be provided by the public sector. In order to improve the total supply of highway product and supply efficiency, two departments should jointly cooperate advantages. Purity supply theory of highway product is not a static, so we should understand it dialectically. Under the work of several social factors such as technology, government preferences, the scale of private capital and so on, the boundary between public and private sectors who supply road will dynamically offset.(3) For the mix supply model of road product new occurred, this thesis made use of the purity theory and FM theory to describe that the control right configuration of both partners will directly affect the supply efficiency of the highway. If the purity of the product is very high, the supply of control right assigned to the public sector that has a higher evaluation of the road product is the best.(4) According to the purity supply theory of road product, this thesis gave a reasonable explanation on the road supply system changes of China. And on basis of the analysis of the current status of highway product's supply, questions and suggestions were recommended.In this thesis, the theoretical study of highway product's supply provides a new perspective and ideas to understand the formation of supply mechanism and changes in the supply system of road product. It is helpful to improve the basic research of road products. So there are several theoretical and practical significances to reform the supply mechanism and improve the supply efficiency.
