The personalized demands of customers have become increasingly prominent.The diversifications of products,small quantities and varieties,and rapid updates have imposed higher requirements on the flexibility of the supply chain and the speed of responding to customer needs.The above problems can be effectively solved by the modular production and product configuration according to the customer's individual needs at the front end of the supply chain.The full assessment of customer needs at the front end of the supply chain is the starting point of the supply chain and the basis for product configuration.At the same time,the competition between the supply chain and the supply chain of the enterprise is currently increasing.The supplier's supply capacity is increasingly important to the manufacturer.In the process of product configuration,the supplier's supply capacity should be taken into consideration for the supply constraints of the module instance.Based on this,this paper studies the product configuration method based on customer demand in the supply chain environment as follows:In the evaluation of customer needs in front of the supply chain,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is first used to determine the initial weight of the customer;secondly,the competitive product in the market is considered to meet the customer demand deviation,and the entropy weight method is used to determine the sensitive weight of the customer demand.Finally,the kano model is used to classify customer requirements to determine the value of weight adjustment parameters.On the basis of respecting the initial weight of customer demand,the customer needs sensitive weights are strengthened,and the customer needs in the front end of the supply chain are fully evaluated.In the aspect of product configuration,the supplier's supply capacity in the supply chain environment is taken into consideration for the constraints of the module instance,and a product configuration model based on supply constraints,costs,and project constraints is established.First,the fuzzy membership function is used to measure the matching degree between the customer demand and the corresponding module instance.Second,the maximizing matching value is set as the objective function,and the supplier supply capacity is used to supply the constraints,cost constraints,and actuality of the module instance.In the configuration,there is a product configuration model with engineering constraints as constraints.Finally,a genetic algorithm is used to solve the product configuration model based on supply constraints.The paper used a single customer's custom case for refrigerator products to test the effectiveness of the method of product configuration problems based on customer needs in a supply chain environment.The results prove that the combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,entropy method and kano model to determine the customer demand weight of the front-end of the supply chain,establish the product configuration model based on supplier supply constraints,cost constraints and actual project constraints of the model instance,and adopt the genetic algorithm The solution of the model can make the customer obtain a satisfactory customized product,the method has a good effectiveness,and can effectively solve the problem of product configuration based on the customer demand in the supply chain environment.
