Research On Internal Financial Control Model And Implementing Programmes For Fiberhome Technology Group

With the speeding up of the Chinese economy, under the modern social market economy, the large enterprise groups become more and more important in national economy. But with the speeding up of the enterprise groups, because the development of their management is not as fast as their development, especially their weakness in enterprise group internal financial control, the enterprise group's financial risk becomes bigger and bigger and even is out of control. It causes the decrease of the profit for enterprise groups. Even worse, it will bring large loss for enterprise groups. Therefore, it becomes an important research subject for large enterprise groups that enterprise groups should adopt appropriate internal financial control measures to avoid corresponding financial risk on these issues.From the actual conditions of Fiberhome Technology Group, through analyzing the existing issues and their reasons of big enterprise groups, this paper analyses the existing defects in the internal financial control of Fiberhome Technology Group. Combining the writer's practical work experience in Fiberhome Technology Group, this paper summarizes four enterprise groups internal financial control measures. Through the financial practice in the Fiberhome Technology Group, Fiberhome Technology Group carries on the enterprise groups internal financial control measure centering on the comprehensive budget management. Through laying down short-term and medium and long-term goal for enterprise groups internal financial control strategies, Fiberhome Technology Group implements enterprise groups internal financial control strategies step by step to establish a set of internal financial control systems for the development of Fiberhome Technology Group and to reduce existing financial risk as more as possible and to ensure a healthy development of Fiberhome Technology Group.
