Performance Appraisal is as an important aspect of enterprise human resource management has been more and more enterprises to adopt, which not only been considered for enterprises to reduce costs, increase overall efficiency, but also is considered a powerful tool for the management of corporate strategy. However, to the present enterprise performance evaluation of the status quo, the vast majority of companies develop performance evaluation system, the enterprise-level employees are to evaluate the targets, but middle-level managers of business involves very little. Middle-level leadership in the enterprise is not only the "leadership" but also the "employee", the importance of his work in the high and low level of performance to a large extent determined enterprise-wide development. Therefore, it is very important and very necessary to design a highly targeted index system, and use the appropriate method to evaluate the middle managers of enterprises.The paper focused on the combining of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to evaluate the performance of mid-level managers.At present the performance evaluation of the study, more and more people use key performance indicators (KPI).As an effective performance evaluation tools,KPI is concerned that in a period of time organizations should be to solve the problem, focuses on major, grasping the key. In recent years the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has also been a very good application, it is through the establishment of judging matrix elements for 22 pairs of comparison, layer by layer to determine the weight of each index and consistency in the final examination, and thus index system can be achieved for effective analysis purposes.This paper has five parts, the first two parts are mainly brief the relevant background papers, research significance, innovation points as well as on the basic theory of performance evaluation; the third part analyzes the performance of China's leading business-to-mid-level assessment of the status quo, pointing out that for the Enterprise Performance Evaluation System for mid-level design of the importance and urgency, and the KPI based on the theory and design of two of the KPI indicators, aimed at middle-level leadership of the enterprise to conduct performance evaluations; In the part four,we use the AHP method to appraisal the performance of the Middle-level managers based on the 2 KPI indicators and draw conclusions; the fifth parts of the summary and outlook, the study proposed by the article and the thesis under the direction of prospects. This paper argues that it is Not only play a certain theoretical guidance and reference for future business performance evaluation of middle managers, but its evaluation result also provide a fair and reasonable objective based on business development and implementation of strategic objectives to combined use of KPI and AHP to comprehensive evaluate the performance for the middle managers.
