The Study Of Relationship Between The Motivation And Performance For Shanxi Private Enterprise Social Responsibility

Shanxi Province during an important period of the transformation and development of a resource-based economy.As an important part of the economic structure of Shanxi Province,Shanxi's private enterprises actively fulfill their social responsibility is of great significance to promote the green transformation and sustainable development of Shanxi's economy.This paper hopes to provide theoretical guidance for promoting the social responsibility of private enterprises in Shanxi and achieve the purpose of coordinated development of economic development,social progress and environmental protection through the study of the social responsibility and performance performance of Shanxi private enterprises.This article first sorts out relevant documents for domestic and foreign companies to fulfill their social responsibilities,and draws on the domestic and foreign scholars research results of responsibility motivation and performance,combined with the status quo of private enterprises in Shanxi,and puts forward the relationship between the performance of social responsibility of Shanxi private enterprises and the fulfillment of their responsibilities.The research hypothesis builds a theoretical model.Through the issuance of questionnaires to obtain the motivations and performance data of private enterprises in Shanxi in fulfilling their social responsibilities,and using valuation weighted methods to establish a social responsibility performance appraisal table and implementation performance evaluation of private enterprises in Shanxi.On this basis,the use of regression analysis method to study the relationship between Shanxi's private enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility and responsibility performance performance;Finally,according to the conclusion of the relationship research,put forward the corresponding recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: The overall performance of private enterprises in Shanxi fulfilling their social responsibilities is in general;the government actions have a positive effect on promoting the socialresponsibility of private enterprises in Shanxi;the social responsibility of senior management in private enterprises in Shanxi is an influence on the practice of private enterprises in Shanxi.Important factors for social responsibility behavior.This paper puts forward suggestions based on the status quo of Shanxi's private enterprises fulfilling their social responsibilities:(1)The government should establish and improve relevant legal systems.The government encourages private enterprises to perform their duties from the "hard law" and "soft law" aspects.(2)Carry out inter-enterprise cooperation and responsibility,and establish "corporate chain" responsibility.(3)Use "profit" to induce companies to perform their social responsibilities.Private companies have the desire to obtain government support after fulfilling their obligations.The government should support various policies and guide private enterprises to actively perform their duties.
