After three decades of reform and opening up,the social conditions of China have changed enormously. Living standards improved,spiritual wealth and material wealth increased unprecedentedly. And the political and economic reform go deep into many realms with remarkable results. But at the same time,the problems which hided under the surface of the water appeared. In recent years,the labor conflict comes out frequently. various group events and even violence have occurred,this situation make us think about the reform measures which got achievements in the past. In order to the change of social institutional which promoted by structure adjustment in China is developing gradually in-depth, this makes the structural balance of the past broken, and the establishment of the new norms needs some time. This Macroeconomic situation will inevitably lead to micro level of corporate power structure loose and uneven. At the same time as the composition of the working class, is also facing the problems that complex and fragmentation. labor groups lack of cohesion, this situation also led to weak capacity of its power demands. Then the labor relations between employers and employees as barometer of the distribution of power, the questions occured constantly. Therefore, as a dominant social problems, the resolution of the labor conflict must be beyond the framework of pure economics, the sight of sociology theory is necessary. From the root of the problem, that the formation of unbalanced power structure, we want to solve the question of the labor relation integrated and comprehensive.This paper tries to use the methods of literature investigation, compare, positive, analyse and integration, the unification of history and logic, according to compare the situation of the working class,which has changed during the economic reform,analyze the labor relations at the present stage,based on the distribution of power in this period,try to explore the solution of labor conflict.
