Research On Constructing The Traceability System Of Mutton Product

With the economic development, Mutton industry has become a pillar industry for developing mural's economy, it is also one effective way to solve the "three rural" issue of China. However, the mutton industry chain is complex, involved many links and wide range, the safety of mutton has become increasingly prominent, seriously affected the health of consumers. In international trade, when problem product appeared, because our mutton can't be traced, the export of mutton must be faced the technical barriers. So, the traceability system can protect the health of consumers, increase the export of mutton products and improve the efficiency of government regulation.The key traceable index systems covering the entire mutton supply chain were selected combined with the principles of HACCP and GAP. A coding system for sheep and its products was developed referring to the EAN / UCC numbering system and "GB/T7027-2002 the basic principles and methods of information classification and coding ". According to the characteristics of mutton supply chain and the level of information technology of the companies related to mutton production, combined with Visual Basic 6.0 object-oriented programming and large-scale SQL Server 2005 relational database technology, using B/S framework structure, the mutton traceability system with the functions of information collection, information management and information query was built. The main results are as follows:1. Establish the traceable index system of mutton.The process traceable index of breeding, slaughter and processing, transportation and sale stages of the mutton supply chain include product name, product origin, destination of sales, time and location of trading, and product owners. The security traceable index of breeding stage includes diseases, veterinary drug residues, excessive contents of heavy metals and environmental disinfection materials. The security traceable index of slaughter and processing stages include diseases, veterinary drug residues, heavy metals and microbial. The security traceable index of transportation and sale stages include the temperature, humidity, shelf life, and certification of inspection and quarantine. When tracing mutton, the key traceable index can reduce the number of traceable index. When the defective product appears, the source and destination of mutton can be traced quickly and accurately with the key traceable index furthermore, where and why caused this problem can be found.2. Establish identity and coding system for the mutton supply chainIdentify the sheep and its production with the method of "GTIN + Ear tag" , "Ear tag" for the sheep on the breeding phase, and other phases with "GTIN + Ear label". The coding system ensures that every production link can be traced, achieves the transfer and exchange of information in mutton product chain and provides technical support for numbering mutton and its products.3. The establishment of the traceability system of muttonThe system manages five application modules subsystem, including breeding, slaughter and processing subsystem, transport subsystem and sales management, information query subsystem and system maintenance and management subsystem. In addition, the system has two function modules: one class based on farming management subsystem, slaughter and processing subsystem, transport subsystem and system maintenance and management sub-system as a "background information management system"; the other class based on sales, information query subsystem as "front information inquiry system." The"background information management system " mainly collects, inputs, modifies and deletes the key traceability index for the managers, and "front information inquiry system " is used to satisfy the consumer inquiries of the key traceability index about mutton quality and safety.Through we studied on the system, The mutton traceability system for China's national conditions was established in order to achieve the network management of mutton product.Consumers can check the traceability information of mutton. Furthermore, the mutton traceability system provides a shared platform for managers for tracing mutton, achieves effective tracking and tracing in the opposite direction and ensure the production of mutton safety.
