Consulting industry in developed countries in the world has become more and more important. China's reform and opening up services only after budding, but the consulting industry in China in the past 20 years, the rapid development, therefore, the quality of the staff of the consulting industry demands increase rapidly. Their work must be creative, richly varied and unpredictable nature of knowledge work. Core competitive ability is the key knowledge management capability, knowledge of possession, creation and use as a business survival and development of the decisive factors. Therefore, the knowledge workers as knowledge of consulting the owners of capital determines the success or failure of business management.With this knowledge to improve the consulting industry for the purpose of employee performance evaluation, conduct employee performance evaluation, by analyzing the knowledge-based consulting company s employee performance evaluation status, use of modern management science theories, attempts to establish a certain theory can be operation for consulting staff performance evaluation system, so the main research contents of this paper divided into the following sections:The first part is an introduction, including the subject of research background, research methods, content and innovation. The second part is the knowledge staff review, focuses on the concept of knowledge workers, characteristics, performance evaluation theory and consulting industry performance characteristics of knowledge workers. The third part is consulting staff performance evaluation knowledge embodied in construction, mainly of the knowledge-based consulting staff performance evaluation index system of principles, as well as consulting the initial knowledge-based employee performance evaluation index system. The fourth part is the consulting industry knowledge worker performance evaluation model.The fifth part is the knowledge-based consulting firm S staff performance evaluation. This section is part of the empirical study of this paper. In this section, the paper will use the paper evaluation model has been constructed on the S consulting firm to evaluate the performance of knowledge workers. Partâ…¥is the conclusion.
