At present, China’s capital market imperfections, oncethe corporate potential financial risks converted to the reality of financial crisis, it willcause great losses.Especially in building large-scale investment, production andliquidity, the long production cycle, while the financial risk throughout the wholeprocess of project construction.Therefore, based on an accurate understanding of thefinancial risk of construction enterprises in China, through the financial risk earlywarning model to predict the financial risk of the construction enterprises, and adopteffective measures to control risk, enterprise managers have important practicalsignificance.This thesis is combined with China’s actual situation and the architecturalcharacteristics of enterprises under the guidance of the classical theory of corporatewarning early warning analysis, and analysis of the causes of building enterprise risk,the risk generated link, the operating mechanism of the corporate warning, bettermanagers implementation of crisis management and early warning management ofimportant practical significance.In the selection of indicators, select the representativeindicators; selected samples is relatively new in the model building, the first index valueby the selection of construction companies to build the cluster analysis model, andmodels were tested; Secondly, in order comparative analysis of the study, to furtherimprove the prediction accuracy, but also the application of factor analysis models weretested to overcome the simple problem of using cluster analysis on the original variabledata loss; of construction enterprises in the implementation of the warning, and to build early warning mechanism to the construction enterprises to protect the early warningsystem with actual operational and recommendations. |
