The Study On The Operation Effect Of Regional Innovation Networks Based On The Balanced Scorecard

In the era of globalization and knowledge economy, the region developmentconfronts the great changes of outer market and technical condition, thusrequires the factors such as information, technique and knowledge flow quickly.With the great advantages and the flexible characters, Regional Innovation Networks take an important role in the development of regional economy, and research on Regional Innovation Networks has become one of the international cutting-edge fields on the frontier of innovation study. Since 1980s, from various perspectives, Regional Innovation Networks has been studied, such as concept,trait and function, however, studies on operation after the regional innovation networks has formed and the asseessment on the operation effect of the Regional Innovation Networks are not enough.In this article, the author attempts to study the whole process of the operation of Regional Innovation Networks systematiclly. On the basis of these theories, in order to assess the operation effect of the Regional Innovation Networks comprehensively, the author desfigns an assessment index systerm by using the balanced scorecard. here are five chapters in the article.Chapter one is Introduction. The paper introduces the research target, the research meaning, the research status quo and the research methods, etc.Chapter two is A overview on the basic theory of Regional Innovation Networks. The author expounds Regional Innovation Networks from theoreticalbasis,concept,features,major functions to basic anatomy.Chapter three is The construction of the Regional Innovation Networks model. Chapter four is the operation of Regional Innovation Networks. First, this paper puts forward the assessing principle and assessing contents of running Regional Innovation Networks, and then, in order to assess the operation effect of the Regional Innovation Networks comprehensively, the author desfigns an assessment index systerm by using the balanced scorecard.Chapter five is Study on the Innovation Networks in A new area of ShangHai.In this chapter the author analyzes the present situation of this new area,and then assesses this Innovation Networks in A new area based on the Innovation Networks model. Chapter six is the summary and prospect of this paper. In this part, the author summarizes this article systemeticlly and put forwards some advice on the further study.
