The Research On Labors' Rights After The Reforms Of State-owned Enterprises

With the developing of the reforms of state--owned enterprises, especially the state--owned enterprises haven't handled the problem of worker's rights ,In the management of the company,these questions can also appear, We must pay attention to a lot of labours'relations'questions,because it affects the social safety and harmonious .In the paper ,I make a research on the end reforms of the state--owned enterprises in Tianjin, they have many questions in dealing with workers'rights and interests, in the paper the author gets plenty of materials in order to find the problem and the method to deal with it ,Between the workers and the firm ,they fight with the labors'rights,at last ,the author realizes that the method of covering the questions,first,the company must build strict policy;the company must strengthen the labor union's function,and then makes the trade union play important part in labours' various rights;the workers should arouse their sense of defending their rights and interests.All in all ,the research of this paper play an important role in the further reforms of the state-owned enterprises.
