| Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward open door policy in 1978 and after 90 years, with the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration. China's foreign trade intensity become stronger and foreign exchanges become more frequent. Anhui Province, located in the interior and connecting the eastern and the west, with convenient transportation and abundant resources, is the front region for the Yangtze River Delta toward the interior of the frontier zone and the ladder of eastern, central zone and western coordinated economic development. In order to accelerate the development and rise quickly, ANHUI Province must raise economic openness and make full use of two resources and two markets. According to the growth pole theory, the development of a regional open economy can not be synchronized at the same time. We should let the zone that develop first spur behind. WANJIANG city belt, who not only covers the more developed cities in Anhui Province, but down the Yangtze River and closing to the WUHAN city circle, is the focus of the rapid rise of Anhui. Studying on the open economy of the WANJIANG City belt play an important role in the development of ANHUI,central region and all my country. In 2010, the development of Anhui province has become one of the points of concern to the government. But most scholars and experts'study is seldom on an important province from an economic region. Therefore, this study about open economy which based on WANJIANG City Belt not only has some innovative, but also has great practical significance.The thesis introduces the background,significance and the development condition of Wan Jiang city belt both in China and abroad. Then it gives a definition of the openning economy.This paper combines the theory of an open economy, starting from the actual development requirements, based on the actual situation of WANJIANG City Belt. The author set a series of more comprehensive system of open economy measure. By analyzing on WANJIANG City Belt with 11 years of development, the openness of trade, foreign investment, tourism and overall and the influence for economy. The result shows that WANJIANG City Belt has been gotten larger development and even higher than the average level of Anhui. But the level of openness within its nine cities has a big gap. Only the openness of HEFEI, MAANSHAN, WUHU and TONGLING is higher than ANHUI'S and the other is slower. In order to reflect more detail with its status of an open economy, the author compares WANJIANG City Belt with others. WANJIANG City Belt's openness has a strong growth momentum, which is serious lower than the Yangtze River Delta and the national average, but its strong growth momentum and higher than other cities in central zone. On the influence of openness, WANJIANG City Belt is only higher than that of Wuhan city circle, the Yangtze River Delta, the national average and slightly lower than the Central Plains City Circle and CHANGZHUTAN City Group. Its lagged three-year degree of economic impact is also true. In addition, the analysis on development stage of various major economic areas by S-type growth model shows that WANJIANG City Belt is behind and also in the first stage. Then, the author summarizes the results of empirical analysis, put forward the problems of economic development, for example internal disparities,the overall level of openness is not high,low export grade, then analyzes and summarizes the cause of the problem. Finally, with an open goal and strategic focus of economic development,The thesis proposes some specific suggestions that WANJIANG city belt should develop foreign trade greatly, attract and utilize foreign investment greatly and strengthen the travel environment improvement and some comprehensive response from the developing concept, scientific planning, transport facilities, and other aspects of scientific research strength. In the end of this paper, the author gives a corresponding summary. |
