Study On The Team Construction In Vestas Painting Shop

The era of individual activity has ended, we have entered the times of a team competition. In this era,the team is competitive, how to make the team play the biggest role in the enterprise that has become the focus of management. So far,many scholars have made a lot of research, such as various types of team,how to improve team performance and what a role of the team play in enterprises and so on,but the research is very less in the area of how to handle the detailed problem in each stage of team development. Team is the core competitiveness of enterprises, at different stage of enterprise's development, it is important for us to study how to gain the best result through team management.Based on the stages of team development theory and the role of team member theory of domestic and foreign scholars, this text show the management behavior in each stage of team construction and how to communicate with the team members. Some suggestion on the application of two theories were released at the end. The text can give some reference to the construction of team of foreigner investment enterprise in wind energy field.
