With the increasing economic globalization, the enterprise faces the environment of competition is getting more and more complex, regarding the third party logistics enterprise which just emerged, the pressure of competition is intense, therefore the third party logistics enterprise starts to seek for the new technology to cause the competitive advantage which the enterprise obtains, The traditional concept of core competencies develop to concept of information technology capacity.As a third-party logistics enterprise, its core competencies mainly serve the customer, through the enhancement for customer service's quality, then enhances the enterprise achievements, realizes the profit of enterprise maximization. In this situation, this paper is to study the relationship between information technology capability,service quality and enterprise performance in third-party logistics enterprise,and check whether service quality as an intermediary between information technology capability and enterprise performance in third-party logistics enterprise.Firstly, this study carries on the correlation theories of IT capability, service quality and enterprise performance, build IT capability,service quality and enterprise performance conceptual model, summarized each research variable definition and dimension, make relevant assumptions; Secondly, designed questionnaire base on the scale and teacher's discussion, take the Xi'an of third party logistics enterprise as the object of study, through the small and big sample, carries on the examination to the variable target's reliability and the validity;Last, through using structural equation model, on the one hand verify IT capability of third-party logistics enterprise in Xi'an compose by IT infrastructure capability, IT human resource capability and IT relationship capability, this three side influence IT capability from strong to weak is IT human resource capability, IT relationship capability,IT infrastructure capability; On the other hand analysis the four conditions for mediation, concluded that:IT capability has a significant positive impact to service quality; IT capability has a significant positive impact to third-party logistics performance; service quality has a significant positive impact to third-party logistics performance; service reliability, service responsiveess, service innovation, the service empathy, service information and the quality of service staff as the part mediation model between IT capability and enterprise performance.This article thourgh service quality found the black box between IT capability and enterprise performance in third-party logistics enterprises. Through the research in this area of third-party logistics enterprise have realized the importace of service quality,then using information technology to provide customers better service, and to improve their enterprise performance and competitive advantage.
