Research On Influencing Factors Of Logistics Enterprise Service Quality

In recent years, with market competition increasingly competitive, many domestic enterprises are focused on developing its own core business and entrusting to a professional logistics service company to manage their own original logistics operations, in order to improve their core competitiveness. In this context, logistics enterprises, which can provide specialized logistics services, have been developed rapidly.This paper focuses on researching the relationship among corporate culture, logistics capability and logistics service quality and using a method of theoretical and empirical research. The research work carries out as follows:(1) Firstly, based on the literature review, this paper defines the logistics enterprise culture, logistics capability and logistics service quality concept, builds a model which researches the relationship among corporate culture, logistics capability and logistics service quality.This model include two dimensions:static and dynamic logistics capacity. It develops the corresponding variables for each measurement scale.(2) By visiting part of the logistics enterprises in Shenyang to conduct field research, get this questionnaire, use SPSS and LISREL software for statistical analysis of survey data, and develop an empirical test for theoretical model. The results show that corporate culture has the positive effect on static and dynamic logistic capabilities; logistics static and dynamic capabilities have positive effect on the logistics service quality. Finally, make validation of the model assumptions in this study.The significance of this study:Firstly, by reviewing the previous literature, develop an empirical model of influencing logistics services quality, and through two pre-study and formal research, study the measurement reliability and validity testing. Secondly, give some related proposals, such as strengthening the logistics enterprise culture, developing information technology, improving management and control capabilities and providing value-added logistics services.
