With the development of reforming and developing, foreign capitals are brought into Chine in a rapid growth. Chinese companies began to change to international modern company from the old one which was controlled by the government and planned economics. As long as the re-structure of organization and culture innovation, the original management was impacted by various management concepts and technologies. The pressure of employees has been increasing. The pressure management of employees is closely connected with company performance and operation. Pressure management of employees especially in transition period has been an important object of modern HR management.This thesis aims at finding the key pressure origins of employees by theoretical analysis, interviews and investigation analysis. On the base of traditional theory research on stress management, the author deeply discussed the concept of stress, stress management and stress management system. On the basis of this analysis, the author analyzed the stress situation and achievement in ZGW Company. At the same time, the author use interviewing and questionnaire to fund the influence factor which formed the stress of employees and assess the status of staff stress management. Finally, the author provides solution and suggestion on dealing with the pressure management in ZGW Company According To experience of stress management in foreign enterprises.
