Relation Between Risk Management And Crisis Management In Engineering Enterprise

Project management becomes tougher because of the continuously expanding scale, gradualy increasing investment and continuously increasing comprehensive function. More and more complicated uncertainties in the projtect bring much higher risk such as mismanagement and poor control, which may lead to crisis, failure of the projtect, and even bankruptcy. Therefore, it is urgent to enforce the risk managemen and crisis management.Alghough focusing on the risk management and crisis management, managers have blured understanding of the difference between risk management and crisis management. Since, using the analythsis meathod of qualitive and quantitive, this research investigates the realation and difference between risk management and crisis management of engineering enterprise from the research of the realation of risk management and crisis management. It aims to inprove the management, control the risk, avoid the crisis, discrease the loss and increase revenue.This paper first investigates the history and current situation of risk management and crisis management. Then it concludes the basis theory of risk management and crisis management, especially focous on the management procedure of them. It focuses on the realation of risk management and crisis management, which using the analythis method of qualitive and quantitive. This paper, using the qualitive analysis method, concludes the realation and difference between risk management and crisis management from the contrast reseach of them. It reaches the conlution, using the quantitive analysis method, that the monitor object and method of risk warning system and crisis warning system is almost the same, from the Similar homologous of them. Considering the blured contrast of grade standard of risk warning system and crisis warning system, this research builds a model of muti-level composite evaluation. This model combines the risk warning and crisis warning through the the analysis and evaluation of risk.
