With the fastest growing of China's Industrializing Construction, there are more and more new project being building in the power supply, Chemical Industry, Petrochemical Industry, Metallurgy, Cement, Steel and Coal Industry, and fastest growing of power equipment's market requirement. in order to keep the continuted, reliablility, and qualified of power supply for key equipment, and keep the safety working for industry product, all kind of advanced, reliable of power protect instrument and arc-suppression device, and special high power switch equipment was been used by the industry.With the growing of company, at present, HK has been the leader of power protect instrument and arc-suppression device. In order to keep the high level of market share, and base on the study of marketing team's status, we build the promote project plan for team competitiveness.The paper begins by introducing and analysis HK Company's market team competitiveness situation. It points out the company's growing bottleneck and opportunities. And study the top impact fact. Focusing on analysis the internal and external factors of the promoted the market team competitiveness, with the use of the SWOT analysis tool:the paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of the establishment. Furthermore, the paper provides feasibility study with respect to human resources, timing, and marketing management of regional.Based on the analysis foundation, the paper suggests the system project plan goals for the promotion of the marketing team's competitiveness. The project plan include in:enterprise value management, training and team organization building, Four-wheel drive theory for marketing management, process management system for project sales, salary and motivation.
