Evaluation of the content is mainly after the evaluation of the project and benefit evaluation,evaluation methods were mainly qualitative descriptions.Therefore,do research on the performance evaluation of land consolidation project and index system,not only to promote the land consolidation theory system mature but also standardize and guide the practice of land consolidation activities and special funds to improve investment efficiency has important practical significance.In this article based on the research of the theory of the performance evaluation of land consolidation project and used the theory of sustainable development As a guiding.The author selected 43 factors which belong to aspects of business,finance, and benefit to establish the index system of land consolidation project performance evaluation system,proposed evaluation model AHP-FCE,discusses in detail the specific steps in the model AHP-FCE.Develop and perfect a set of performance evaluation system for plain land consolidation project performance evaluation and the quantitative method of scientific and accurate that using the evaluation model of AHP-FCE, achieving that in Microsoft Office of Excel calculation software based computer system.Greatly simplified the calculation of the performance evaluation process, improved efficiency.At last taken the land consolidation project in Liusong town Xianghe county Hebei province as an example,evaluation results show that the evaluation index system to fully and objectively reflect the performance of the project in this article.There is good theoretical and practical significance.
