In the present world, with the economic globalization and development of industry, a rat race appears. A big change in the world economic structure. There are many factor to affect the competitive strength in the enterprise. In this circumstance, the economic,culture,technique permeate each other. It cause internal and external environment of enterprise competition has been changed. Enterprise put more energy into soft strength building. Greatly enhance the soft power of brand building, the corporate culture, corporate image, business management concepts such as the important factors affect brand loyalty to drive the development of enterprises. After World War II, the Japanese economy in the introduction of advanced management concepts based on the rapid development, led to the global business research and sought after corporate culture. Advanced enterprise culture is good historical heritage, has strong cultural characteristics, the core of the enterprise to improve the competitiveness of strength who is the corporate internal driving force of sustainable development. Therefore, from the perspective of public relations and the implementation of enterprise culture construction process of how to better motivate internal and external to enhance brand impact studies have important practical significance.This article is from the Public Relations major Analyzing corporate culture based on the construction of enterprise culture and the process of implementation of internal and external environment analyzes the characteristic of public relations of public relations theory and the work of public relations theory, on enterprise culture in the process of building and implementing public relations strategies were reviewed. This article are divided into 6 part.The first part:Proposed construction of enterprise culture of the significance of the role of public relations, goals, objectives and research methods, and content of corporate culture and corporate culture of today's status quo to be a brief introduction.The second part:introduce the basic concept of building the corporate culture. The third part:simply describe how to building corporate culture, combined with Nokia's corporate culture case analysis.The fourth part:On corporate culture and comparative analysis of public relations, ultimately to find the internal relations, use of public relations to lay the foundation for the development of sound corporate culture and describe the effect of public relationship in the process of building corporate culture.The fifth part:conclusion and shortage.
