Bank's corporate culture is the combination of a bank's value, ways of thinking and the code of conduct, which gradually forms in the long-term business operations and plays an critical part in its development process. It not only invigorates the improvement of the bank, but also brings great economic benefits and social benefits, it is the core competence of the bank. With the deepening of the market economy, the accelerating process of China's financial reform and the opening trend of China's domestic market, those small and medium banks, including Changsha Furong rural cooperative bank, are facing more and more pressure from both outside and inside, which in turn leads to some problems.In order to solve these problems and break the bottle-neck, Changsha Furong rural cooperative bank needs to strengthen the corporate cultureIn this paper, we based our analysis on the related theory, a combination of methods, i..e. integrated analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and so on, have been used to analyze the problem, we compared different the corporate culture of other banks, listed the method and specific measurements of constructing the corporate culture of our own. This paper lays out a map for future development of Changsha Furong rural cooperative bank on how to form its corporate culture.
