Study On Village Land Intensive Utilization In Tao Yuan County

With the further development of urbanization and industrialization of China, the demand of lands used for construction has soared, which will definitely occupy a great amount of farmland. At the same time, the accommodation area of rural residents is large, and the village lacks rational planning, which leads the overall arrangement to chaos. Under the new situation, a research on the intensive use of rural land, with the purpose of transforming the way of land utilization from extensive mode to intensive mode, is the requirement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and constructing an energy-economizing society, as well as building the New Socialist Countryside, which is of far-reaching significance.In the face of the complicated Land Utilization System, how to establish a scientific indicator system of Intensive Use Evaluation in order to efficiently evaluate the intensive level of the current rural land-used is an important subject. This text focuses on the above questions and pay attention to Tao Yuan County, located in Chang De City of Hunan Province, the rural land-used of which is our study target. Base on the fieldwork research of the current situation of this district and the analysis of the existing problems, we have made a tentative exploration of the intensive level of the current rural land-used.The result shows that the overall state of rural land-used of Tao Yuan District is becoming more and more intensive; of the forty villages and towns in this area, the intensive level of the land-used of eight villages and towns, including Zhang Jiang Town, Qi He Town and Qing Ling Town, is relatively high, compared to others. At the same time, this text will put forward some measures for promoting the intensive level of land-used in Tao Yuan District with points.
