Occupational commitment and organizational justice are important concepts of human resources management and organizational behaviores, especially for incentiving and trainning outstanding employees, improving employee performance, enhancing enterprise competitiveness, promoting the development of enterprises. The occupational commitment questionnaire of Kong Qingxiu and organizational justice questionnaire of Ya liu were adopted as research tools. The study focused on employees of state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province and aimed to explore their status of occupational commitment and organizational justice. The study also aimed to explore the relationship among them. In the end of the article, some suggestions were put forward to improve the level of occupational commitment and organizational justice of employees in state-owned enterprise and serve for trainning and enterprise development.The conclusions drawn by this research were as follows. (1) The whole level of occupational commitment and organizational justice of employees in state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province were lower than median. (2)The occupational commitment and organizational justice varied significantly of employees in state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province. (3)The variable in population statistics could affect occupational commitment and organizational justice of employees in state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province. (4) It was occupational commitment of employees in state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province that has positive correlated to organizational justice of those,with positive correlation to four dimensions of occupational commitment. (5) Organizational justice can affect occupational commitment,26.4% the variance of occupational commitment was predicted unitedly by procedural justice and leading justice,17.0%the variance of affective commitment was predicted unitedly by procedural fairness and information justice,12.6% the variance of chance commitment was predicted unitedly by procedural justice and distributive justice,16.8% the variance of normative commitment was predicted unitedly by procedural justice and leading justice.
