In today's fierce market competition environment,Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprise's competitive advantage is not obvious.How to establish a fair organization environment where employees feel enough respect from the enterprises,so that to enhance staff to enterprise's emotional input,to fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees work to improve the performance of enterprises,is the problem that Guangxi aluminum electrolysis enterprises are facing?In order to solve this problem effectively,In this paper,the employees of Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprises as the research object,we make empirical analysis of the relationship between organizational justice,emotional commitment and job performance,and explore the mediating role of affective commitment in organizational justice and job performance.This paper is based on the research of both domestic and foreign scholars,and the definition of Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprise's organizational justice,emotional commitment and job performance variables was made,raise a relationship assume for organizational justice,emotional commitment and job performance,to construct the theoretical model of this paper?Based on the sample data obtained from the questionnaire,the items were analyzed,the reliability and validity were tested,and the three variables were optimized.Using the optimized scale to carry out a formal investigation,and spss19.0 and amos24.0 software were used to test the structure model and the relationship hypothesis.The empirical research show that:in the overall level,Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprises organizational justice has significant positive influence on job performance and emotional commitment.Affective commitment has significant positive influence on job performance;in the dimension level,? the procedure of organizational justice of electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Guangxi fair,leadership justice and informational justice dimension also has significant positive influence on job performance,organizational justice the four dimensions of procedural justice,distributive justice,leadership justice and information justice have significant positive influence on task performance,organizational justice and procedural justice,leadership justice and informational justice dimension significantly positively affects contextual performance.? The Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprises' organizational dimension has significantly positive effect on affective commitment.? The electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Guangxi employee affective commitment is significant positive affects of task performance and contextual performance.The test results of the mediating effects show:Among the employees of Guangxi electrolytic aluminum enterprises,affective commitment plays a partial mediating role in the process of organizational justice and job performance.In dimension level,? the emotional commitment has a partial mediating effect of organizational justice,procedural justice,leadership justice,information fairness dimension and job performance.? The emotional commitment has a partial mediating effect between organizational justice and the four dimensions of task performance.?Emotional commitment also has a partial mediating effect of organizational justice,procedural justice,leadership justice and informational justice dimension as well as contextual performance.
