For many years, That human is the most valuable treasure is CEO's metro. The investigation shows that if a company invests more than it's rivals on training and human resource innovation, it will gain more profits than it's competitors.AY, formed in 1991, is a sino-american joint venture. AY has an excellent reputation on IT products distribution and IT Total Solution. In 2002, AY became Strategic Business Partner of another large MultiNational Company. Facing severe challenges of fierce competition, AY adopted a series of actions to create learning organization, from respecting for personnel and strengthening personnel training and using to deepen reform of human resource management and development.The article has explained and analyzed the AY's cross cultural situation, team building problems, professional managerial personnel development and human resource reform. During the process of explaining, according to the relevant theories of strategic management, it deeply analyzes the macro environment, industry environment, the internal advantage and disadvantage that AY was facing. At the same time, the paper analyzes the key points on human resource strategy and evaluate the personnel training and development according to the established strategy.It's very difficult to push the WLP project which is the concept not yet popular. Linda and her team did great deal of hard work and finally acquired success. Like any other new technique, human resource development cannot be stable but change with the economic society development and human changeable demands and enterprise different stage. Consequently, humen resource management needs reform spirit. Even more important, the reform is just idle talk if it isn't lauched by the highest leader in an organazation. Thls case has reference meaning for those managers who will to strength human resource management and be brave in the reform heman resource development to buit corporate culture and improve the enterprise competence.
