| In recent years, railway plays a more and more important part in the transportation system. Along with the development of railway construction, huge numbers of tunnels are constructed and the research on the construction management of those tunnels is growing up.Taihangshan tunnel is currently the longest mountain railway tunnel in China. It is a large-scale project. The region's geologic conditions are extremely complex. The construction demand is high, but the construction time is short. So the project is demanded for the well construction management plan. This paper's research object is the construction management plan of Taihangshan tunnel. Based on the project law construction and the construction practice of Taihangshan tunnel, this paper investigated how to improve the project management to fulfill time, quality, security and environmental requirement with the optimal human resources.This paper aims to apply the project law construction to the railway tunnel construction. The result is promising and can be used as a reference for other projects. |
