Research On Construction Management Of Haihe Utility Tunnel

The'utility tunnel'in the transformation of Haihe River is a new municipal project with wonderful prospects in the urban constructions. The new subject in the administration of project construction is Construction Design Management. The construction company should work together with the designing company, design carefully, investigate the market and discuss the possible methods and cooperate well with others. So we could complete the whole project in that way.Here I analyze some problems exist in the administration of'utility tunnel'which is based on the managing experience and modern theory of the Construction Design Management.1. Set forth on the problems when we use the Construction Design Management for the'utility tunnel'in the transformation of Haihe River. Anylyze the factors which will delay the process of the construction. To give the suggestion of the advanced methods, we take the Haihe'utility tunnel'project in Brige Liu Zhuang as an example.2. Anylyze the quality problems in the project and show the actual process for Construction Design Management which is commenced from three period: preparation, design, construction.3. Focas on the omnidirectional and whole processing cost contrl in Construction Design Management. Discuss how should us handle the cost control for design, material stock and operation in the Haihe'utility tunnel'project in Brige Liu Zhuang , based on the reason which will cause to the cost overspend.4. Discuss how to do the omnidirectional process control by using the Construction Design Management, combining with the safty problems'utility tunnel'project .
