Sales Force Automation SFA is an important component of Customer Relationship Management CRM information technology, through the restructuring of the business process to improve customer relations and improve sales efficiency purposes. SAAS model based SFA system for its ease of deployment, small investment, is easy to use features, as small and medium enterprises to implement the best choice for sales automation. This theory will discuss how SMEs use SAAS model based on the implementation of SFA.Paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter describes the research background and research significance.The second chapter discusses the software as a service SAAS technical characteristic, as opposed to traditional software, SAAS model superiority, as well as SMEs in SAAS mode, meaning the implementation of SFA.The third chapter discusses the sales automation system SFA on the importance of SMEs, the successful implementation of the key factors in sales automation system.
