| in order to meet the need of the energy conservation and emission reduction policy (a basic policy of China), a reverse logistics network should be constructed by telecom operators. The layout and planning of the reverse lgogistcs network is very important to the construction, so in the thesis, the layout and planning of the reverse logistics network is analysed.In the thesis, reverse logistics network is devided into three basic networks, the first one is infrastructure network, the second one is organization network, and the third one is information network. The first and the second networks are discussed in the thesis.In thinking of the forward logistics network, the reverse logistics network should be constructed on the condition of it. In the thesis, the roads are together used by both forward and reverse logtistics network.The thesis first analyses the condition of telecom opetators'reverse logistics network for the time being, by analysing, two basic reverse logistics networks are found, the first one is reparing network, the second one is recycling network. On the basis, the faults of the network are discussed. By analysing, we found that the laying out and planning of the reverse logistics network is crutial to the construction of reverse logitstics network. In order to make a perfect layout and planning scheme, some candidate reverse logistics nodes must be choose. By graph theory model, these candidate nodes are choosed. On the basis, a mixed integer programming model was modeled to choose the formal node. After that, the organization structure is disscussed.In the last part of the thesis, a telecom operator's example is given to validate the feasibility and rationality of the method. |
