| At the stage of high-speed development of science and technology and economy in the world today,the demands of customers and consumers are also changing.In addition,the price of raw materials is rising and the labor cost is rising,which makes the market competition more and more fierce.This has gradually become a direct challenge for China’s manufacturing industry.Different from the traditional production mode,the lean production mode emphasizes the joint participation of all employees,pays attention to the common lean thinking of all employees,continuously improves and improves,and timely finds out the unreasonable conditions in the production process.With a series of means such as improving production efficiency and improving production quality,the goal of reducing costs,improving customer satisfaction and enterprise competitiveness can be achieved.This paper takes factory a as the key research object,analyzes the organizational structure and production status of the factory in combination with the actual situation of factory a,takes the theoretical research of lean production and lean cost management by domestic and foreign scholars as the core,and puts forward corresponding remedial measures for the existing cost management problems,focusing on reducing production costs.Based on the idea of lean production,the cost control of plant a will be carried out from the following aspects:labor cost control,reducing labor cost through flattening of structure and organization,balance of production line and improvement of production site;Control the material cost,count the materials needed in the production process,reduce the material cost through binary measures,regularly review and update the material consumption to reduce the material cost;Equipment cost control:through independent maintenance and full-time production and maintenance(TPM),reasonably arrange equipment maintenance scheme,improve equipment utilization rate,reduce equipment maintenance cost and the time when key equipment fails and stops production.In this paper,factory a is selected as the main research object to conduct corresponding research and analysis,and based on this,practical cost control measures are proposed.With the implementation of such schemes,it can effectively help factory a to improve the control of production costs and provide specific ideas for the formulation of lean cost management system in factory a.At the same time,this paper also provides an important reference and reference for the relevant manufacturing enterprises in the production process of lean improvement,so that they can improve in this aspect and reduce costs. |
