Currently, IT operators develop dramatically in China, and the overall characteristics of the industry involve: the great amount of users and the wide range of services. During the time, the enterprises' managers pay attention on after-sales governance. They deeply recognize that service is the core value of a business. Most of businesses start to create their own after-sales management system. However, they encounter many problems which restricting the further development of enterprises.The paper concludes the current industry background and comprehensive issues for the IT operators. It uses the scientific methods to analyze and demonstrates the various key points in after-sales management system with life-cycle concept. The target for the paper is setting up an integrated after-sales management system to fit the IT operators. It can provide the reference to enhance the business after-sales level, promote business competitive strength.
