The Study Of China's Government Green Procurement's Status Quo And System's Constructing

The Government Green Procurement is a very effective ways and means in the regulation of environmental protection, promoting environmental-friendly society formed, which can greatly reduce the social costs, is conducive to the formation of protecting its own economy and resources to help promote the building of a harmonious society and realizing sustainable development. In the current global environmental issues have become increasingly prominent and government procurement in the form of expanding the scale, the Government green procurement has become a major trend worldwide. Compared with Western nations, China's government green procurement has just started to implement the concept of green procurement relatively late, one of the main reasons for China to establish a standardized system of government procurement initiatives later than the developed countries, but also in the Government's green procurement the implementation of government procurement system, the reform process has been gradually recognized. Therefore, further improve China's socialist market economic system to adapt to the norms, scientific, and efficient government green procurement system is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance.Previous studies carried out by literature review found that existing research at home and abroad more of a focus on theory and practice of government procurement, research, time is not long for the government to implement green procurement practices and theoretical research summary is still relatively weak, this as a starting point for research and focus.For this reason, this paper analyzes the theoretical level, first, the government green procurement conducted a short-term and long-term economic effect analysis, Second, in the right green procurement in the government, enterprises, the public relations game based on the analysis, to build the government green procurement game model, and game models of the Nash equilibrium analysis.
