With the rapid development of science and technology and the advent of knowledge-oriented economy time, knowledge has become the key point in the competition between enterprises. As more and more enterprises are coming to the knowledge-oriented business environment, knowledge workers are going to become the most important resource for an enterprise. With the role they played becoming more significant, knowledge workers are going to be the most important factor to the success of one enterprise. Since the concept of Humanistic Management is put forward, enterprises attach more importance to human resource and increasingly more enterprises seek to develop and progress with their employees.Subjective Well-being came into being with the flourishing of Positive Psychology. As a way to reflect the real life, Subjective Well-being, not only closely related with the objective condition but also showing the needs and value of people, is a positive psychological experience of people to their own existing and developing condition. Scholars in foreign countries have carried out tremendous researches on Subjective Well-being and obtain some achievements. However, Subjective Well-being is a relatively new concept in China. Scholars in our country did few researches on Subjective Well-being. Besides, the research objects are mainly senior citizens, students and teachers. Few researches have been done on knowledge workers. Though some scholars have put forward the localized definition and structure dimension of Subjective Well-being, the researches only dwell on theory and lack empirical ones. This thesis, focusing on the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers, aims to research on the content structure of the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers in our country and discuss the relationship between the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers and job performance and finally put forward the methods to boost the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers by summarizing the research results of Subjective Well-being in China and applying the knowledge of human resource and organization behavior. In the thesis, the current condition of Subjective Well-being of knowledge is analyzed firstly. On this basis, the analysis of correlation and regression between Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers and every dimension and the job performance and every dimension is done to explore the influence that the Subjective Well-being exerts to job performance. The conclusions drawn in the thesis are:firstly, Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers in China comprises five structure dimensions, including mentality health, growth development, objective value, contentedness and abundance and physical health. Secondly, differences exist in Subjective Well-being to knowledge workers with difference demographic feature variables. Thirdly, Subjective Well-being is positively correlated with job performance. Except that physical health dimension is not correlated with job performance, other dimensions of Subjective Well-being are all positively correlated with job performance.The findings of the thesis are:Firstly, taking knowledge workers in Chinese background as the research object, research on the content structure appropriate for the Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers in China is done on the basis of existing theories of Subjective Well-being both at home and abroad. Secondly, the relationship between Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers and job performance is discussed and the expected results are obtained. Thirdly, suggestions on the management of improving Subjective Well-being of knowledge workers are set out to provide reference to enterprises to better grasp the psychical and behavioral features of knowledge workers and boost Subjective Well-being of employees and thereby improve enterprise performance.
