| Railway construction project involves multi-subjects and many departments and has long construction period and high cost of precipitation. Economic evaluation is the important content and organic part of primary research about the feasibility and the possibility research and determines the future of projects.Therefore how to process the economic evaluation accurately becomes very important to the railroad item. Take the construction project of testing section of line 4 of Wuhan urban mass transit as the case to process the economic evaluation research. As the financial assessment and national economic evaluation results are inconsistent, this paper added comprehensive evaluation method of this project. Taking analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and combination entropy method for entropy weight as subjective weight and objective weight correction, and based on the fuzzy matter-element evaluation method for this project are analyzed. The foregoing comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the project is feasible in the economy. |
