The Study On The Risk Management About The Construction Of Pumped Storage Power Station

With the rapid development of the national economy, the growing of power consumption and the increasing of the power peak-valley difference, the construction of Pumped-storage power station has a broad space for development, but there are several risks in the construction, so the study of risk management of Pumped Storage Power Station Construction Project (PSPSC) has a practical significance.This paper describes the risk management theory, and analysis of a variety of risks which is likely to exist in the PSPSSC. According to this, this paper establishes a risk evaluation system and makes a risk assessment to PSPSSC of Hohhot by applying the method of Analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation .At last, based on the results of the evaluation, this paper presents corresponding risk prevention strategies and recommendations.
