Pumped storage power station can take on the tasks of reducing peak and filling valley, emergency reserve, frequency modulation, phase modulation, etc. in power system. It is of significances for improving the stability and flexibility of electric system, for amending supply quality and raising network safety and economics. It is an economic and effective regulating way to the power system. In this paper, influencing factors of economical benefit about pumped storage power station in China are analyzed. The system of evaluating indexes of economical benefit of pumped storage power station is established scientifically, using information entropy to determine the weights of the indexes. Fuzzy optimization model is used to calculate the evaluated numeric value, and has a comprehensive evaluation of economical benefit of Tai'an pumped storage power station project from financial and technical economics, so as to support economical policy of pumped storage power station with theoretic reference and strategic foundation. |
