This paper studied the diagnosis and optimization for performance management system of Inner Mongolia mobile company based on the investigation and analysis. First, we diagnosed and analysed the performance management system of Inner Mongolia mobile company with performance management theory and management consulting methods. Second, this paper put forward the ideas of optimizing performance management system and designed the specific optimization program for performance management system based on the ideas. At last, we developed an evaluation model for performance management system to evaluate and analyse the new Inner Mongolia mobile company performance management system. After empirical research, it had been proved that the optimization program of performance management system was effective. The level of Inner Mongolia mobile company performance management had been improved. |
