Third-party calibration industry is fully competitive market.Except price factors,commitment duration and punctuality of project is the main factor for a third party laboratory to gain market share and customers favor.S laboratory is a laboratory with a long history,but their traditional commitment duration has been difficult to meet the requirements of current times,and their traditional extensive project schedule control methods are difficult to meet customer expectations,which the laboratory manager want to urgently resolved.Therefore,the thesis presents methods based on TOC to improve calibration project management.TOC use five-step to analysis,identify and resolve problems in project management.The first step is to use real trees to identifying the biggest constraint—a lack of assistant resources.The second step is to change the UDEs into DEs by 9 methods of future tree and serial processes into parallel processes to shorten the project’s critical path and shorten the expected period of the project.The third step is to use eight major measures to make non-constraint resource obey the constraint resource.The fourth step is to improve the constraint resource by 8 methods.The fifth step is a step back to look for new constraint again to achieve continuous improvement.Finally,by comparing the period of expectation,the punctuality and other indicators,this thesis conclude the achievement after applying into the optimization to verify its feasibility and effectiveness. |
